Purchases
By completing and submitting your order, you agree to abide by these Purchase Terms, which constitute the agreement between you and BagsOfJoy. Any changes to these terms must be made in writing and signed by one of our representatives.
Purchase Price
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. Inadvertent pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders for incorrectly priced products. Unfortunately, we do not offer price matching.
Payment
At the moment, we are only accepting payments through PayPal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Regardless of the payment method, you will receive a confirmation email once your transaction is processed.
Return of Goods

Delivery Details and Charges
Ensure your delivery details are accurate to prevent delays or non-delivery of your order. We are not responsible for errors in delivery details provided by you. If your order is returned due to incorrect address details, you may be entitled to a refund, excluding original delivery charges and any return fees incurred.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours after cleared payment. Delivery dates provided are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays in delivery do not warrant order cancellation or refunds for products or postage costs.
Cancellation/Modifications of Orders
Once an order is submitted, it enters processing immediately. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or modify your order. Changes may not be possible once the order is picked and packed. Cancellations or modifications may incur a 5% administration charge.
Title and Risk in Goods
Title to Products remains with us until full payment is received. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
