HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer flat-rate shipping throughout Australia:
- Regular shipping: $10 (Free for orders over $100)
- Express shipping: $18
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The delivery dates provided at order acceptance are approximate and not guaranteed. While over 90% of orders arrive early or within the estimated timeframe, carrier delays can happen. Therefore, not receiving your order within the estimated delivery time does not justify order cancellation, refund of delivery fees, or an immediate refund. Late parcels can be returned under our Change of Mind policy.
For urgent deliveries, please select the Express Delivery option at checkout. Note that Express is our fastest service but not guaranteed for next-day delivery. Use the delivery estimate link above for the most accurate Express delivery time for your postcode.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We offer Same-Day Shipping. Orders with cleared payment received before 2pm (Sydney-time) on NSW business days will be dispatched the same day.
In rare cases beyond our control (e.g., power failures, software malfunctions), order shipment may be delayed.
Even with prompt dispatch, delivery dates can be affected by factors beyond our control and may be updated by the carrier after dispatch.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
Orders are sent via Australia Post. The carrier and tracking number will be included in the shipment email once your order is dispatched.
The carrier is chosen based on the delivery method and your location. If you have a preferred carrier, please contact us before ordering to discuss.
WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER TO ENSURE A HASSLE-FREE DELIVERY?
We strive for first-time delivery. Ensure your address details are complete and accurate. Missing details (e.g., business name for a work address) can cause delivery issues. We cannot refund if an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is delivered.
Australia Post deliveries generally require a signature. Their E-Parcel service may offer a Safe Drop option via SMS or email. This agreement is between you and Australia Post before delivery. If you opt for Safe Drop, we are not liable for non-receipt. Parcels that cannot be delivered or Safe Dropped will be taken to your nearest Australia Post outlet for collection within 14 days.
